Hello!

I created a fillable form with Adobe, and when I send it out the form fields are not appearing for the recipients. I've tried troubleshooting with some of the tips on the Adobe Help page, but none of them seem to resolve the issue. Anyone else have this happen and been able to fix it?

Thank you!

Do they have Fields Highlighting enabled? Can they interact with the fields at all?

No... that's the weird thing. When I create the form it shows all the
fillable fields for me, but once I send it it's like the fields are lost.
I'm not sure if it's something with the format, but I've confirmed that it
is not sending as a PDF/A and I *think* the format is correct.

Are you sure they're using Adobe software? Many times people thing they do, when in fact they don't.

Ask them for screenshots of the file in the application.

Also, do not reply by email, as it includes your full contact details in the signature and posts them to this public forum...
