Adobe Read "save" button repeatedly prompts "save-as"

Is anyone else having issues where when they save a document in Adobe Reader it prompts a save-as every time? This is happening for me on windows 10. I've unistalled and re-installed the program and am getting the same issue. Thanks.

This happens when the protected mode is enabled.
