Adobe do not offer any telephone support or any other official support for their free products. Nobody will call you. Your best bet is to work with us here in this forum.
Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

If it still doesn't work, please download the procmon tool (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon) run the application and recreate the issue and collect the logs. Upload the log files to the document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) generate the link and share it with us for investigation.
I think the user here is refering to Adobe Reader. So above download link will not work.
Can you please explain the problem you are facing in installing Reader with some screenshots of the error.
