We have developed forms using Designer which generate a barcode to store up data on specific fields.

Our clients will print out the form and return to us physically so that we could capture required data into our system

directly from scanning the barcode.

But since update of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to 19.012.20036 introduce bug that will render barcode without data,

all printouts generated by the updated version will contain this "blank" barcode so our system could not capture any data from it,

this cause serious interruption on our daily operation.

Although we have contacted our support vendor who informed us they have submited a ticket to Adobe,

it seems they have no idea when Adobe would help to look into the case.

I noticed in another thread that the same issue has been encountered,

we sincerely hope Acrobat development team could fix the bug and release the patch ASAP.

We are also having a similar issue where the barcode is now super tiny instead of its regular size.  After update:

Something like this issue is also happened on my job.

BarCode cannot generate without "blank" content.

Is anyone has the other solution before the next update ?
