We try following workaround but it doesn't solve this problem:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe]

Same issue here

Downgrade Adobe Reader - same result

Upgrade Adobe Reader - same result

Update O365 - same result

Applied the registry key - same result

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office16\mso20win32client.dl - this file does not exist, instead it is located C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\VFS\ProgramFilesCommonX64\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE16

tried to register the new location

registry; HKLM\SOFTWARE\CLIENTS\MAIL\MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

DLLPaths changed to correct location

still the issue remains.

Same issue here. But i will inform that this is not an adobe specific issue (at least not in our case), but an issue with the windows send to - email recipent. The issue is the same from foxit reader. And if we right-click flie --> send to --> email recipent. Which i believe uses the same function as adobe.

I've got the same issue here. I think the clue is that it does the same thing across multiple versions. I agree with Thorstone, it looks like this is a "send to" issue in windows. I will see if I can fix it from that angle and update if I find anything.
