Yesterday, while using my pc, most of the programs (word, outlook, PP etc.,) as well as Adobe Reader simply disappeared. I spoke with someone in support at Office 365 this morning and he was able to help me find Outlook and get it operational, but nothing else. However he said the programs are still on my computer but "hidden". I cant find any of them and all of my existing pdf's will not open. I've looked all over the internet but did not find any solutions that work.
