Adobe Reader Not Displaying Filled Form

Having some issues with the Fill & Sign option in Adobe Acrobat Reader. 

Scenario: 

Document is sent to a customer to be filled in. Customer fills in the form and sends back. When the document is opened with Adobe Reader the filled in boxes do not display any data. If the same document is opened with Chrome or printed the data is visable.

Is anyone able to advise what the cause of this issue could be? Its happening with multiple users in my organisation.

Yes, we are having a similar issue, however it is with a different version of Adobe Reader. We have ver. 2020.009.20067
