Adobe Reader Performance Issues After Latest Update

We have one workstation running Windows 10 20H2 and the latest version of Reader (20.013.20074).  Beginning with this update we are seeing extremely long startup times for Reader when opening PDF files and when we close the PDF files the process stays open in the background for several minutes.  We have uninstalled using the cleaner/removal tool and reinstall fresh but the problem remains.  We have also cleared all appdata and preferences.  Finally we are currently operating without enhanced security mode or protected mode enabled.  Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
