Adobe reader sends me to a wrong web page

I have an Adobe Acrobat Export PDF plan.

When I want to convert a PDF file to word or excel it sends me to Adobe pricing page.

How can I change that?

Are you logged in with the Adobe ID that has the Export PDF plan?

If a "Sign in" apears in the upper right corner of Reader, you're not.
