Perform a clean installation of Windows 10.
The upgrade may not work properly.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, Adobe Reader Won't Open After Windows 10 upgrade, correct?

Adding on to the suggestion by  Assause

Before going for a clean installation of Windows 10, please check for any necessary and recommend updates for the Windows and try installing them and reboot the system and check.

If it still doesn't work,

Let us know if that works for you

Regards,

Amal

I tried but it didn't work. I even uninstalled my Creative Cloud app since I let my Photoshop subscription expire and I thought it may be causing a problem but even after all that I can't get it to work. Windows installed an automated "upgrade" on windows 10 recently and I think that may have something to do with it. I guess I may have to reinstall windows 10
