Installing the Feb. 11, 2020 update for Adobe Reader DC has negated our ability to label files from our Intranet as safe to open without prompting from Internet Explorer 11. We have had this setup and working for quite some time now and it's been perfect. What happened with this update to break that? Is it by design now for safety?

Hi MrCompeer,
Thank you for reaching out.
As you have mentioned above, you recieve the prompt from Internet Explorer 11 when opening PDF.
Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the prompt that you receive.
Does that prompt appears while opening PDF from a particular website or opening any PDF?
Are you using the application on work machine or on personal machine.
Please provide us more details about the issue.
Let us know if you need any help.
Regards,
Meenakshi

These are the preferences we've been using for a couple years and they have worked fine. Now after installing the latest update AcrRdrDCUpd2000620034.msp we can no longer open PDF's within our program, from our intranet, or from trusted sites without being prompted. Clicking on Open in both cases allows you through and everything processes as it's supposed to. The question is why is this happening with this update? Preferences for Enhanced Security are below.
