Any way to select names and addresses from a menu while filling out form?

Hello, I recently made a fillable invoice/quote style form to use while out in the field. Is there any way to fill out a clients name and address via a database or anyway to have these things autofill? The autosuggest feature seems to not be working as much on the iPad (although working on Mac). Any help would be appreciated.

This requires using a script, but doing it on an iPad is very tricky, as it doesn't support almost any scripting. The only app that does, currently, is PDF Expert by Readdle. I've developed a (paid-for) tool that will populate several fields based on the selection in a drop-down (or text field) and have made it compatible with this app. You can find it here: http://try67.blogspot.com/2015/07/acrobat-populate-fields-from-dropdown.html
