When I hover over the plus or minus sign I get a black box instead of a hand with an index finger.  I can still execute the function but it makes it hard to line up.  I did a restart and the same issue pops up.  Any ideas?

Thanks for your post.  (I reported it as a bug because I had problems with Sign-In to the Community.  Got that fixed.)

In my case the BLACK NAVIGATION BAR completely obscures the information behind it.

To copy the text I must make Acrobat DC FULL SCREEN and this obscures all of my other windows on my machine.
