Are there 2 versions of Acrobat DC - One FREE and one PRO?

I have (Adobe Arcobat Reader DC) AND (Adobe Creative Cloud) in my applications on my MAC.

I used to use Photoshop years ago, but do not now.

I am assuming that 'Creative Cloud' along with the thousands of processes involved with Core Sync does not need to be on my computer if I no longer use Creative Cloud/Suite.

There are so many names that researching is extremely confusing. I attempted to uninstall Creative Cloud, and it would not let me saying I needed it for Acrobat Reader DC (which is free, not PRO).

I believe somehow that this is a remnant of Creative Suite that I no longer need....

Can I get rid of this somehow and still use my Acrobat Reader?

TIA

Yes, just uninstall CC and use only Reader. If it's not working after the uninstallation process you can simply re-install it on its own.
