Azure file storage destinations

Hi,

I am a client of a software development company.  I have no understanding of Azure/Adobe or whether I have selected the correct category for this question - so I apologise for the ignorance!

I have written a help manual to go with our new software and would like to store the document as a whole PDF on our Azure storage and then have the software direct you to the relevant page in that document when you click on help for each screen.

I can achieve this within Office365 by adding '#page='  onto the end of the url, but when the software company tries it with the document in Azure file storage it doesn't work

I would prefer to keep the help documentation with the software on Azure.  Is there a way to target a destination in a pdf file on a file in Azure file storage (storage.file.core.window.net)?

Thanks

Marie
