Hi

I am trying to add dropbox to my adobe reader account but when I click on 'add dropbox' i get a blank screen pop up. All the other add account buttons work. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Hi Megm,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query. Hoping that you have managed to fix this issue by now?

If you are still looking for the resolution, then you may try the following troubleshooting steps-

  • Seems your Adobe Reader isn't able to connect with the DropBox acount. So, Sign Out from Reader first >Reboot Reader DC >Reopen>Add Account.
  • Disable antivirus software, if any. Also, try logging into Dropbox account on web to see if its working fine or not.
  • Navigate to Edit>Preferences>General> check "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening file"
  • If nothing works, for testing Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader

Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.

Let us know the result.

Thanks,

Akanchha
