Hi Folks,
After finishing my contract with a school last year, every time I try to open a PDF file of any kind, I get the file up, and then immediately afterwards, the school sign-in popup.
I can't sign in as my email is no longer recognized, and am then blocked from exiting out of the sign in popup. I can't do anything at all - go back to the old document etc or exit Reader and am forced every time to force quit.
Terribly frustrating and as I am no longer on their register and the school is in lock-down, I havent been able to contact their help desk.
Any help out there?
