I either get a message that says unable to locate PDF Viewer - you need PDF Software or Internet Connection Required when in Quickbooks using Tool Hub. I am using Windows 7 and have internet connection through Spectrum. I can not get any PDF documents to view or print. Help!!

Have you downloaded Acrobat Reader yet? Does it work outside Quickbooks?

Yes I have and no it doesn't respoind outside of qb either.
