can't access access my files from adobe cloud on my pc, it just load forever.

Hello people, i got a problem, everything was fine until yesterday night, for some reason I cant access to my documents from adobe cloud in acrobat reader dc from my pc, it just load forever or just show a blank space, but i still can access all my data from my phone but not my pc, which is weird, I alreaddy re-install like 3 times but nothing. really dont know what else to do.
