Can't access tools in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

I am using a stand alone Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and have alwasy been able to access all of the tools. Suddenly I'm being asked to pay for subscription services. I am using version 20.013.20074

I don't know if this was caused by an update. Any solution to this?

Hi Mjbuz,

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to access all the tools and getting the pop up to pay for subscription.

 

I have checked your Adobe account with the email you are using on this community and found that you have Adobe Acrobat perpetual license (Serial number product) registered.

 

Please close the Adobe Arobat Reader DC and make sure you are using Adobe Acrobat perpetual (Serial number product) and then try to access the tools there and check.
