Sorry for the trouble you had with the installation of Adobe Reader on your Windows machine.

Please reboot the machine once and use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove any corrupt/conflicting installation files or any older version of Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine again and download the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Once the download is over, run the setup.exe file of Adobe R

Reboot the machine again and download the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Once the download is over, run the setup.exe file of Adobe Reader as "Run as administrator."
