Hello dear Community,
i´ve got a serios Problem.
When i copy a PDF Docoument in the MS OneDrive Cloud in the Safe Folder then i can´t open these Documents with the Acrobat Reader DC. The error Message is like: An error occured, you can´t open this Document.
I tested it also with my Acrobat PRO DC because i have a Membership and it works.
If i take an PDF in an other folder in MS OneDrive Cloud than it work with both programms.
The problem occurs when i use Adobe Reader with MS One Drive Safe (Special Folder). I use for everything the Reader and when i need it i use the Acrobat PRO DC. I want too use the thin Reader for Reading purposes in the front.
I woul be appreciated if someone coul help me, because the german callcenter employee was really unpolite and shut the telefone because she couldnt believe, that the Adobe Reader ist for Reading purposes for free.
Please help me with these kind of CallCenter employees where i can´t solve my problem.
