Hi

I used to be able to print from the Adobe Reader. Now I'm getting : "private/var/spool/cups/emp/0090f5ea7dafO"  I have an IMAC. Is there something I can do to restore the printing ability of Adobe. Adobe says that it is up to date when I check for updates.

Thank you very much

Daniel

Hi Daniel

We are sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. As described you are not able to print from Adobe Reader.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version of the application go to Help > Abou Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
Make sure you have the latest version 20.006.20042 installed Go to Help > Check for Updates.

You may also try to print as an image. Go to print > Advanced > Print as image.

If it still doesn't work

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
