I have an end user who uses an older HP Laserjet 1200 printer, plugged in directly to their workstation. She was able to print from Reader to the printer fine until about a month ago. Now when we print, nothing goes to the queue. We can print from other applications such as Chrome to this same printer, and can print from Adobe Reader to other printers.
Both Adobe and the printer have been updated to their latest versions.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
