Can't view Pdf files in browsers - Chrome of Firefox

It is now impossible for me to view some pdf files from the browser (Chrome or Firefox), like this one:

Some others are ok : 

https://www.meteorage.com/note-sur-le-fonctionnement-de-lalerte-meteorage

I noticed this problem mid-week, but it may be longer.

I can view the first file fine in Chrome. But if you have a problem with Chrome or Firefox this is not using any Adobe technology, so you need to contact the browser maker / browser forum.
