Cannot find or create LNWIVX + TimesNewRomanPSMT

Ok...I have looked everywhere to find an answer how to fix this problem and can't find anything useful. I have tried about 5 different pdf programs out there and NONE of them have a problem with this font in our pdf. Why is it only Adobe? Anyone have a fix for this??

Unless you provide us with the sample PDF file exhibiting this issue, we can't assist here.

Such error messages often appear if the font isn't properly embedded and/or has a problematic mapping table. The message indicates that there may be a display problem due to such issues.
