I have been trying to open acrobat reader dc but it constantly opens new windows asking me to sign in -although I have signed in - and after several attempts it notifies me that installation has failed due to the fact that there is a firewall on .
I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Acrobat Reader forum so that proper help can be offered.
