Cannot install the Acrobat Reader!!!

I have tried for about a month to install the Acrobat Reader so I can work and move on with my life. HELP!

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to install the Acrobat Reader

We need some more information for a better understanding:

1. Do you get any error message/code when you try to install the application? If yes, please share the screenshot of the error you are facing.
2. What is the Version of Reader you are trying to install?
3. What is the operating system (Win/Mac) and its version you are using?

You may please try the following steps and see if that helps

1. Run the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool  (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html)
2. Reboot the computer
3. Reinstall the application using the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html)

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile in windows with full admin rights or enable the root account in mac (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204012) and try installing the application there and check.
