Complete password protected form - Adobe Reader

Hello

I have created a fillable form for my sales team.  This form in turn is to be completed by them and then forwarded to our customers.

Since it is to be forwarded to customers, I password protected the document with the idea that the sales team could unlock (as they will have access to the password), fill in the required fields, then save and forward completed and locked form to our customers.

The issue I'm having is that the rest of the team only have access to Adobe Reader and this won't change.  Unless I remove the password protection, it seems they can't fill in the form. Is this right?

Any suggestions or help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
