Convert photo in Acrobat to Desktop photo

I'd like to make a photo that's in Acrobat Reader form to be the photo on my desktop.  Is there a way I can do this?

May be possible with Photoshop.

There's no direct way of doing it in Acrobat.

Or just use a screen shot.
