Converting PDF to Word - Photo Glitch

Hello!

I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word doc through the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This PDF contains multiple photos. I am able to successfully export the file from Adobe to Word; however, when doing so, a few of the photos from the original PDF are replicated where they shouldn't be and are greyed out. These photos appear on the Word doc where different photos should be - and it is only three photos out of many more that are giving me the problem. The issue may be related to the PDF itself, but the PDF looks fine before converting it to Word, so I am not sure what to make of this.

I appreciate any help anyone can provide!

Reader can't convert a PDF file to Word on its own. Do you have a subscription to the online service Adobe PDF Pack, or Adobe Export PDF?
