Dialog box not open

Hello,

 

I have windows 10 os connected to domain. Primary computer user have and issue with dialog boxes.

When he click "file>open" or "file>save as" nothing happen. When I run Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as different domain user everythink works ok. I re-installed software by Adobe Removal tool. Maybe someone had the same problem ?

Try this: Go to Edit (or the application menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files".
