Had no issues until 11/30/19. When attempting to print .pdf's from external trusted sources, could not complete successful printing sequence. No other document printing issues otherwise. Uninstalled and reinstalled latest version of Adobe Reader DC. Same result- could not print. Got them to print successfully with a competitor's software reader with no issue and with support from Printer Manufacturer's Tech Support.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. If I understand correctly, you haven't had trouble printing other pdfs. Just the .pdf's from external trusted sources causing issue while printing. Would you mind sharing the exact error that you receive while printing them?
Also, what is the exact workflow you follow?
