disconnecting PDF files

hey,

my PDF files disconnect after few seconds i open them.

what could be the problem?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the PDF files disconnects after few seconds when you open them.

 

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to open the PDF file? 

 

Do you get any error message when you open the PDF files? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same.

 

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try to open a different PDF file and check.

 

Are you opening the PDF in a web browser? If yes, please download the file locally to your computer and then try to open them with Acrobat Reader DC and check.

 

Also make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC 20.12.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates.

hey amal,

1. double click for opening the file and that's it.

2. There is no error massage.

3.This behavior is with all the PDF files.

4.The update didn't help.
