display problems

Hi!

I have a display problem with acrabat reader.

I reinstal the software few times but i have the same problem. 
I Can't move the window, or reach the tab like file just like the picture joint. 

I want to buy it but reader dos'nt work.

If you have an issue for that or an other software?
