Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2020. 013. 20074
Every time I sign in my adobe account I can find the Document Cloud option on the left side of the window, but it disappears after I close and open it again, only 'My computer' and 'Add an account' are available in Files. It emerges again after I log out, close, and resign in my account.
Anyone who can help me with this?

Same issue here. Tried signing out and signing in again, still not showing. Tried re-installing it, nothing.
