I have downloaded the latest Adobe Reader DC and the last message I saw was that the download was blocked by an extension. The application is on my laptop (MAC) all seems fine until I try to open a PDF and it won't open. If the download was blocked by an extension. How do I solve this?

Hi Shorehill,

Please try below steps and share the information with us:

  • Share which is the extension that is blocking the download ?
  • Are you able to download any other pkg or dmg successfully with that extension being enabled ?
  • Try disabling the extension and check if you are able to download successfully ?
  • What is the OS version you are on ?

Thanks,

Saurav Bhatia
