Recently updated my email tied to my Adobe account w/ PDF pack subscription.
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I see that you have received error while sending document for signature. Have you checked with any other file than this? If not, then your may try the steps suggested below-
1- Check with a different file.
2- Since its giving error on desktop application, then you may try using the service on DC web interface: Using Document Cloud Web apps and services | Adobe PDF Pack Send documents for signature online
