Immigration Canada won't let me download forms. It says my computer doesn't have Adobe Reader 8 or above. From what I see, I have Adobe Reader 13. How can I access the Canadian government forms???
Don't open the form in a browser.
Hope you are doing well.

Please download the PDF to your computer first and save it locally and then open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC Application and check.

You can always download a PDF file. Right-click the link and select Save Target As.
PS. There's no such thing as "Adobe Reader 13". You can find the exact version number by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat Reader.
I'm using laptop. I can't download form at all because it says I don't have Adobe Reader 8 or above.
You can. Right-click the link and select Save Target As. Then open the file directly in Reader.
