Font in Adobe Reader DC

Hello,

if I open some PDFs with Adobe Reader DC It will show the message that the font "Helvetica" cannot be found (see screenshot). Does anyone have a solution for this problem? We have this problem one some PCs. If we try to install this font in windows the error will appear after some time again.

Hi Marceln, 

Please read the correct answer given by our experts in these forums threads How to install Helvetica font to Acrobat Pro DC???  & Editor default font to Helvetica , not installed where similar issue has been addressed and resolved.
