Beim Öffnen einer PDF datei aus dem Internet mit Adobe Acrobar Reader kommt ein Fehler wenn ich diese als E-Mail anhang versenden will. Fehler: E-Mail kann nicht versendet derden da die *.ost datei in Verwendung ist.

- Oultook selbst Funktioniert ohne Probleme

- *.ost Datei hat keine Fehler.

- in Adobe ist das neueste Update Installiert.

- Bei gespeicherten PDF Dateien tritt der Fehler nicht auf.

- Wenn Outlook geschlossen ist Tritt der Fehler auch nicht auf.

- Wenn der Exchange-Cache-Modus deaktiviert ist macht Adobe garnichts nach dem man auf senden gedrückt hat.

Could you please provide the following info along with the info requested by Amal: -Is the issue still reproducible at your end? -Bit version of Outlook(32/64)? To check this info: Launch Outlook and navigate to File>Office Account>About Outlook -Did you launch Outlook or Acrobat in Administrator mode? -Did you launch Outlook in Safe mode?   Regards, Arvind

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, attach to email feature is not working with Acrobat 19.021.20047, correct?

 

  • Is this a behavior with a particular file or with any PDF file you try to send as an attachment?
  • Do you get any error message/code while sending the file? Could you please share the screenshot of the same.
  • What is the version of the OS and Outlook?

Yes the error still occurs. 

The Office version is 32bit

And both programs were run in Safe Mode and Administrator Mode. 

  • The error still occurs.
