How can I make comments on PDFs on my present device?

Hi everyone,

On my prior laptop, I could easily add comments to documents that were in the form of PDFs. 

On my present device, however, it seems I am unable to do so. 

Does anyone happen to know how I could fix that problem, or what changed?

What exactly is your present device? Have you downloaded and installed Actobat Reader DC on the device?
