How do I disable this "save as" page!

I'm sure its me....but I hate this page.

It appears as a blur of white, does nothing, and introduces 2 extra no need mouse clicks.

Even when take the time to read and select the appropriate folder, it doesnt save, but takes you to the normal save as page.

Please tell me theirs a way to get rid....

Or put me onto the programmers mum!
