How to configure (right hand side) tool pane?

Hi,

we are using Acrobat Reader DC for digitally signing PDFs. We use the "Certificates" tool for this purpose.

We would like to have this tool available on the tools pane (on the right hand side of the window). Currently our users have to chose "Certifices" from "More tools" and the tool is displayed in the pane only until Acrobat Reader DC is closed. On reopening the tool is gone from the pane again.

How can we achieve it for the Certificates Tool to remain in the pane?
