Hello!
How to download Acrobat Reader on Android directly?
Not through the Google Store?
I would like to do this directly from Adobe side.
Adobe Reader is available here
https://get.adobe.com/pl/reader/
but when I enter from Android, it redirects to the store.
However, on the computer I can download the Android version.
I would like to be able to do this from Android.
Regards
Thank you very much for your help.
I made a mistake in the address.
I apologize for the mistake.
Everything is working now.

What is the problem with the store?

I don't want to create an account on Google.
I would like to download Adobe Reader just like on Windows on a computer - without creating any account.

Yes, I can do it. However, I wanted to download it directly to Android - just like directly under Windows.
On page
https://get.adobe.com/pl/reader/otherversions/
this is available, but entering from Android redirects to the store.

I understand, but I do not want to use.
Under Windows, I normally download Adobe Reader on my computer - without using any account.
I would like to download it on Android - without using Windows as a "router".

I have a Windows computer. I can download the Acrobat Reader application from the Adobe website.
I have an Android smartphone. I cannot download the Acrobat Reader application from the Adobe website.

I see you don't understand.
I would like to use the Adobe application on Windows and Android on the same basis.
I see no reason why I can download the application directly under Windows and not under Android.
Especially that I can download APK under Windows and put it on any server from which it can be downloaded directly on Android.
So why does Adobe not share the APK file for Android in the same way, but redirects to the Google Store?

I asked in the chat, they redirected me to the forum.
Do you know the email address that will answer this question?

Probably because pretty soon you'll get all kinds of fake APK files pretending ot be "Adobe Reader" when in fact they are viruses, trojans, back-doors, etc. Using the Google Store ensures (well, to some extent) that that's not the case.

I do not understand.
After all, Adobe provides APK on its website.
The problem is that when you enter from Android, it is redirected to the Google store.
When you enter from Windows, you can download the APK directly.

APK files don't run on Windows. Do you mean the installer EXE file? If so, that's true, and there are a lot of issues with applications pretending to be Adobe Reader, which are not (or they are, but they contain "extras" like the ones I mentioned above). Since Google offers a safe and easy way of installing applications on Android, it makes sense to use it. You can always create a dummy Google profile, use it to install the apps you need and then disconnect the device from it. If you don't trust Google then you shouldn't be using Android at all, to be honest...

I see you don't understand what's going on.

OK, good luck with it, then.

You are using the wrong link.
You need to use a full offline installer of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Go to this link instead:

Slelect Android from the pulldown menu and follow the steps. It will download in a matter of 3-5 seconds.
For best results don't use firefox or Chrome browser. Use a browser that has better privacy features and that allows to block redirects .
You also have to go to your Android Security Settings and tick "Allow Installation of Apps from sources other than PlayStore..."
Ensure you download the right version for your device or you will not be able to install
