How to make PDF Form Read-only but weblinks working?

I've made a PDF Fill form that I'll be sending to my employees who will fill out the information. They sort of work as a business card. But once they fill the form, it has to be made Read-Only. My current solution is to print it as PDF.

But the problem is, there are web links attached to the PDF which don't work after printing. How can I get around this?

I'd appreciate a solution ASAP! Need to get this sorted today itself X(

Printing a PDF to PDF (so-called "re-frying") is a bad idea. It gets rid of all kind of important information, like weblinks.

You've opened another thread where you mentioned flattening the form, but that won't work in Reader. Your other options are setting the fields as read-only, or locking them by digitally signing the file, both of which will work in Reader.
