How to print PDF to pdf while keeping original scale

My need is to disassemble pdf into seperate pages using corporate-supplied Softwares implying Adobe Reader DC for now. The only alternative, I see,  is to print sections of pdf; however, scale of printed sections changes automatically & only way is to manually scale.

Is there anothe way? TQ

You can split PDF files with Adobe Acrobat.
