How to split A3 page into two A4

Dear All, 

I am struggling to split the A3 into two A4. In my document (attached), there is multi-pages. I want to keep all the splited A4 pages. 

I found it has been discussed long time ago. But the link to this site is not avaliable. The information about previous discussion is provided below. 

Thanks Andrew to let us know another way. But this can be done with Acrobat as well and was discussed on forums too.
