Hyperlinks are not working on my document.
The document was created by a designer on InDesign. All of the hyperlinks work on his computer (Mac). When emailed to him, I can open the doc as a pop-in my email provider (Gmail) and the links work. However, when the doc is downloaded to my computer (Lenovo, Windows), the hyperlinks won't work. The mouse icon changes to a finger (suggesting it recognises the hyperlink) but when I click on it, nothing happens.
Setting are set to the following:
Edit >> Preferences >> Trust Manager >> Change Settings >> Allow PDF files to access all websites
[But still doesn't work]

Are these supposed to be links to web-pages, or to files? If the latter, you will of course need to have the files that are linked to, in the same relative position to the PDF as when they were created. If they are web-links then the cursor should show a small "w" when you hover over them, as well as the target URL in a yellow tooltip.

Can you share the actual file with us?
You can attach it to the original message using the tiny paperclip icon at the bottom when you edit it, or upload it to a file-sharing website (like Dropbox, Google Drive, Adobe Cloud, etc.), generate a share link and then post it here.
