I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat DC reader.  Any help would be appreciated.  Just happened out of the blue.

Hi Spencer

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to view the PDF correctly.

Is the PDF file stored on a shared network/drive? If yes, please download the PDF to your computer locally and then try to open it with Acrobat Reader/DC and check.

Also make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Go to Help > Check for updates. Also do check for any missing/pending update for printer driver and firmware and try updating it and reboot the computer once and check.

You may also try the steps suggested in the correct answer marked in a similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/screen-turns-to-black-and-white-dots-using-adobe-acrob... an see if that works.

Regards

Amal
